WE WORKED ON STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR TENANTS, LOCAL BUSINESSES AND TRANSIENT OPERATORS. GROWTH IS INTENTIONAL AND MANAGED, BUT SAFETY AND SERVICE REMAINS A PRIORITY. FOR LIKE COMMUNITY EVENTS AND KIND OF OUR REPUTATION. WE'VE GOTTEN INVOLVED WITH THE FREEDOM FEST, THE EAA YOUNG EAGLES RALLY, WE'VE HOSTED A SANTA FLY IN IN DECEMBER, AND THERE'S DEFINITELY MORE TO COME IN 2026. WE'VE ESTABLISHED PARTNERSHIPS WITH THE MUSEUM AND THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. ALSO, WE'VE WORKED ON GETTING STRONG GOOGLE REVIEWS AS WELL AS FOREFLIGHT, WHICH PILOTS USE ALL THE TIME. SO THE GOAL IS FOR THE TO US ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CONNECTION TO BUILD TRUST, VISIBILITY AND LONG TERM AIRPORT SUPPORT. FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. WE'VE HAD PROACTIVE OUTREACH VIA EMAIL CAMPAIGNS, ALSO DOING PHONE CALLS TO TRANSIENT PILOTS AND OWNERS. WE DO CREW FOLLOW UPS, SO WE SEND THANK YOU CARDS TO THE PILOTS FOR COMING IN.
